Description

Reputable, local organization seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Great customer service with staff, visitors and all incoming callers
  • Schedule meetings and prepare conference room
  • Coordinates travel arrangements for staff
  • Maintain office space and reception area
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Data entry and updating records
  • Maintain the filing system
  • Additional clerical duties as assigned by Office Manager

Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of administrative experience
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment

$30-40K annually, depending on experience
