Description

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is hiring for an Office Administrator in the Rochester Area!

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones
  • FedEx/UPS/DHL and freight shipment scheduling
  • Emailing with customers for general shipping related questions including sending tracking daily for all orders
  • General Bill Pay
  • Filing
  • Monitoring office supply levels and ordering as needed
  • Managing company calendar for time off requests and call ins

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • One or more years of experience as a warehouse clerk
  • Two years of Shipping Experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment/multitask
  • Ability to work independently and learn new things
  • Flexible schedule (Staying late some nights)
  • General logistics/freight knowledge (not required, we will train but a plus)
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with QuickBooks
