Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Financial and Insurance services office is now seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative that is very customer focused.  A Westbank resident would also be preferred.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Be the first to answer and screen all phone calls 
  • Maintain a high retention rate by being proactive and providing extraordinary service. 
  • Generate additional revenue on the book of business in the form of increased coverage, account rounding, adding policy features and generating referrals for new business.
  • Manage all service and billing issues (endorsements, policy changes, third-party requests, etc)
  • Advise and assist existing clients regarding the claims process, as necessary
  • Proactively support the agency's leadership and sales team.
  • Exhibit continuous growth in the ares of teamwork and personal integrity.
  • Other responsibilities as directed by the manager.


Job Requirements

  • Customer Service experience
  • Bilingual - Spanish
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions utilizing sound judgement
  • Must be able to cope in fast-paced, demanding environment managing sensitive, confidential issues
  • Proficient in MS Office
