Financial and Insurance services office is now seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative that is very customer focused. A Westbank resident would also be preferred.
Responsibilities to include:
- Be the first to answer and screen all phone calls
- Maintain a high retention rate by being proactive and providing extraordinary service.
- Generate additional revenue on the book of business in the form of increased coverage, account rounding, adding policy features and generating referrals for new business.
- Manage all service and billing issues (endorsements, policy changes, third-party requests, etc)
- Advise and assist existing clients regarding the claims process, as necessary
- Proactively support the agency's leadership and sales team.
- Exhibit continuous growth in the ares of teamwork and personal integrity.
- Other responsibilities as directed by the manager.
