A large local company in downtown Honolulu is looking for an Online Customer Service Representative to join their team:

Job Duties:

  • Manage customer requests on issues through social media channels 
  • Provide customer education regarding service options, charges and billing
  • Updates and maintains social media policies, procedures and reports
  • Assist with customer service emails and calls
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field experience needed
  • 2+ years of customer service experience needed
  • Experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and HootSuite preferred


Pay: $18-$23 per hour
