Description

• Graphics, branding and design needs • Develops marketing strategies in line with the company brand & communicates brand through marketing campaigns • Creates and manages content for website and promotional materials • Drives SEO tagging and conducts site audits to enhance performance • Creative execution of web, digital, print and other visual communications • Use of brand style guides for uniformity • Collaborates with Sales Team and CEO’s to support business needs and drive sales • Supports all marketing needs and initiatives for the organization • Learns and understands our product line and stays up to date with new products and features • Create an annual 40+ page catalog that represents our brand and products • Collaborates with Sales Department for product specification sheets (pdf or digital) • Work with Production/Engineering Department to design product packaging • Meets with Sales Department for customer research and feedback to inform brand development and execution • Researches and analyzes markets and trends in order to refine marketing strategies & keep an eye on marketing opportunities • Strategizes and implements marketing campaigns based on market trends and customer research • Correlates marketing strategies with product sales performance • Effective direction of graphics department

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree - highly preferred
  • 2 to 5 years of product marketing in a progressive and creative environment
  • Experience with marketing campaign
  • In depth knowledge of SEO/keyword research using Google Analytics or analytical tools for data mining and development of effective marketing strategies
  • Ability to identify design needs to help continuously elevate the quality of marketing collateral and the brand
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to organize data
  • Demonstrated working knowledge using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro CC and Acrobat)
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
  • Technical savviness, including experience with data tracking and marketing automation tools (Salesforce) a plus
  • Prior experience in tactical equipment industry - a plus
  • Graphic Design experience a plus
