Local reputable accounting firm seeking a full-time Bookkeeper. 

Primary duties:

  • Perform financial transactions and create financial reports
  • Reconcile accounts monthly and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain, balance and reconcile general ledger
  • Responsible for in-house payroll and employee financial forms
  • Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Additional accounting tasks as needed


  • Working knowledge of local, state, and federal government reporting requirements
  • Associate’s degree in accounting or business
  • Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office and accounting programs
  • Proficient with 10-key
