Store Room Clerk 

 

  • Hand count every part in all locations
  • Create a spreadsheet to record any part that does not have the correct quantity
  • Adjust the inventory in the Inventory System and make columns for adjustments
  • List the part numbers and descriptions along with locations. If the part does not exist in the inventory management system make a list of the discrepancy
  • Strong excel skills required

 

  • Clean and straighten up each part location to include all cobwebs
  • Pick up UPS when they arrive and give packages to coordinator
  • Stock Production Cabinet
