A growing Grand Island Manufacturer is in need of an Administrative Assistant
- Communicating with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints.
- Answering telephones, directing calls and taking messages.
- Compiling, copying, sorting, and filing records of office activities, business transactions and other activities.
- Sorting checks
- Keeping payroll records
- Distribution mail
- Computing, recording and proofreading data and other information, such as records or reports.
- Maintaining and updating filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred
- Good computer skills
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
