A growing Grand Island Manufacturer is in need of an Administrative Assistant

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints.
  • Answering telephones, directing calls and taking messages.
  • Compiling, copying, sorting, and filing records of office activities, business transactions and other activities.
  • Sorting checks
  • Keeping payroll records
  • Distribution mail
  • Computing, recording and proofreading data and other information, such as records or reports.
  • Maintaining and updating filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems. 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office setting preferred
  • Good computer skills
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
