Financial services company looking for an Administrative Assistant in Operations.

Duties:

  • Accurate processing of financial records and reports.
  • Administration of account activities, such as deposits, withdrawals, transaction balances, etc.
  • Data entry and completion of various memos, reports and correspondence.
  • Other miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • College degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least two years of experience in the financial services field is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with technology.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
