Financial services company looking for an Administrative Assistant in Operations.
- Accurate processing of financial records and reports.
- Administration of account activities, such as deposits, withdrawals, transaction balances, etc.
- Data entry and completion of various memos, reports and correspondence.
- Other miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned.
- College degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least two years of experience in the financial services field is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with technology.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
