Description

Remedy Staffing is partnered with an Elevator repair company in Lewiston in search of an Office Administrator!

Job Duties: 

  • Enter service calls into a windows based system
  • Dispatching 8 Technicians to repairs
  • Monitor the progress of maintenance calls
  • Answer phones
  • Help with Invoices
  • Enter in additional work completed that is not in the contract to create an invoice

Job Requirements:

  • Previous office experience
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently  

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 Per Hour Depending on Experience
