 Local reputable company looking for a HR Coordinator to join their team! 

  • Administers and assists payroll data systems
  • Administers and assists with all health and welfare benefit plans
  • Assists with benefit open enrollment meetings
  • Reconciles and processes all benefit invoices
  • Administers leave administration duties for TDI, WC, FMLA, vacation and sick leave taken, and leave/time off requests
  • Assists with recruitment processes
  • Conducts new hire orientations
  • Assists and participates in safety initiatives and programs
  • Maintains employee files and maintains accurate filing system
  • Assists with timely submission of employee-related paperwork.
  • Preparation of correspondence, reports, and schedules
  • Assists with HR projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in human resources (benefits and payroll)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong detail orientation and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to multi-task and juggle different priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

 Pay: Up to $25/hr
