Financial Assistant

*Must have quick books experience*


• Manage workflow to ensure deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
• Accounts Payable/Receivable – identify invoice origin, which company it applies to, enter into Quickbooks, follow proper procedures for processing payments
• Sales Tax – identify states needing sales tax reporting and follow procedures for payment
• Reconciliation – proper processing of expense reports, cost of goods and bank statements
• Journal Entries – proper processing of direct payments into/from bank accounts
• Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
Skills required:
• Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
