Shifts Available:  **Overtime would be Saturday** 

• 1st; 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday

• 1st; 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

• 2nd; 2:00pm - 10:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay:  Based on experience

Press Mechanic Job Duties:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain extrusion press equipment 
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical systems, basic pneumatics, basic hydraulics, electrical systems, and machine drive systems
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of extrusion production equipment while prioritizing daily work orders
• Perform TIG, MIG, and arc welding
• Help with industrial maintenance as needed
• Communicate with other leads, mechanics and managers with problems, updates, and repair statuses
• Assist with implementation of preventative maintenance programs

• Requires 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Must have solid skills with basic electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, hand tools and power tools
• Requires welding experience with arc, MIG and TIG
• Must have sound math, measuring skills and ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings and electrical wiring diagrams
• Requires ability to work indoors and outdoors
• Must be able to stand entire shift, and lift to 50 lbs, and up to 75 with assistance
• Requires a HS diploma, with preference for an Associate degree
• Must provide own steel toe shoes
