Shift:  1st; 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Pay:  $14.00 - 16.00/hr, Based on experience

Job Duties of the Customer Service Representative:

• Provide assistance to customers in completing custom orders via phone and email
• Complete order documentation and ensure timeliness and accuracy
• Assist the sales team by providing customer feedback
• Communicate with multiple departments to ensure customer orders are processed correctly
• Knowledge and Skills of how to interact with customers a must

• Two to five consecutive years of customer service experience in an environment where the majority of contact is via the phone
• Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of staff and customers, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to control conversations with effective communication and listen
