RECRUITER ASSISTANT

Langhorne, PA 19047 

Shift: 8 AM-430 PM (Full time or Part-time options available!)

JOB DUTIES

• Answering employee questions through phone, text and email
• Scheduling of day labor employees
• Providing customer service to candidates, employees and clients
• Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
• Scheduling interviews for Recruiters/Branch Manager
• Compiling reports, spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
• Participating in recruitment efforts
• Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
• Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
• Answering payroll questions
• Screening resumes and conducting phone interviews
• Assist Recruiters and Branch Manager as needed

 

QUALIFICATION: 

Bachelors preferred, 1-2 years of experience in customer service
