A local company, in the medical industry, is looking for an Office Assistant to join their team!

Company's office is currently located in the Pearl City area, but is planning on moving into the town area beginning of December 2019.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with office duties including answering phones, taking messages and email correspondence
  • Perform clerical duties such as filling out paperwork, scanning and filing
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Google Docs)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and retain information.

Pay: $15-$17 per hour
