Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking a Human Resources Office Specialist.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide overall administrative support to the Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Administrative Specialist will demonstrate excellent customer service by providing information and assistance to the general employee population, clients, residents, vendors and other guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The position duties and responsibilities listed below describe the general nature and scope of work. Other
responsibilities, duties, and skills may be required and assigned, as needed. These essential functions
require presence in the workplace on a regular basis and regular attendance must be maintained.
? Gathers data from files and other sources in order to produce reports; maintains records; utilizes the
Google file management system, including Google sheets spreadsheets; prepares budget
? Processes various temp agency invoices ensuring accuracy of billing. Reconciles errors in a timely
manner in order for payments to be received by the due date. Tracks and maintains yearly budget.
? Sends weekly order for temporary status needs to various agencies
? Assist Recruiter with coordination of recruitment efforts to include contacting candidates for interviews
? Answers primary front desk phone, screens calls, and responds to inquiries; provides answers to
general questions regarding Human Resources and refers inquiries to an appropriate source.
? Processes all employee gym and wellness reimbursements; tracks and disburses ID badges, movie
tickets, Fiesta Texas tickets, and parking passes.
? Ensures coverage for front desk in the event of pre-planned absence, training, off-site work or other
? Possesses advanced proficiency in Google GSuite Programs, such as using Google Calendar for
scheduling, video conferencing and phone conferencing, Google Docs for collaboration and creation
of documents, Google slides for assistance with presentations and Google sheets for data validation
and data mining.
? Opens, reads, routes, and distribute incoming mail and outgoing documents to appropriate personnel,
and prepares answers to routine letters.
? Assist with all HR events
Work Schedule: – Mon – Fri 8:00AM to 3:00PM
Pay Rate: $13.40
