The CNC Operator is responsible for completing first time and repeat job set-ups, may lead and train, administering approved program changes and fixture modifications.
Develops operation sequences and provides recommendations for improving efficiency and processes.
The CNC Operator may work with management and production engineers to ensure that timelines as well as quality goals are met.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and two plus years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
A Bachelor's or technical degree and two to four years of experience preferred.
Must have a minimum of two years of experience with CNC type turning. Must be able to read and interpret blue prints.
