HVAC Technician is responsible for performing work per customer specifications in the field, typically under the direction of a crew lead or foreman. This position is the face of our company and provides the deliverable to our customers at a high standard to ensure customer satisfaction. The HVAC Technician will work on a crew and must have good interpersonal communication skills, as well as skills performing basic construction, electrical, and mechanical work.

THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE POSITION

Experience preferred, but will train the right candidate that has less experience. Wage will be determined by experience and skill level.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units at customer locations, a majority of which are 3-ton and 5-ton self-contained wall-pack units and a minority of which are 3-ton and 5-ton mini-splits.
  • Perform maintenance of HVAC units.
  • Having knowledge of rules and regulations, guidelines, and safety procedures sufficient to ensure work is performed in compliance with applicable law is important.

This position requires experience with smart phones and iPads for timekeeping submission and picture submission, as well as navigating basic software for task completion updates. This position requires knowledge of Microsoft Outlook email and basic internet skills.

This position is Hourly, Non-Exempt, and is eligible for overtime. Weekly travel is a possibility for this position.
