Local insurance company seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant in their Claims Department

Duties:

  • Process claims, payments, and assist with processing Workers Compensation documents
  • Research, verify, edit, and reconcile documents and discrepancies as requested
  • Assist with maintaining records of files
  • Assist with batch billings for payment, enter payments in various software systems, upload documents to various client systems,
  • Maintain records for audit purposes
  • Assist with form letters 
  • Other clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of previous office experience
  • Type 40+ wpm
  • Proficient with internet browsers and Microsoft Office
  • Accurate and detail-oriented

 Pay: $12-14 per hour
