Customer Service Representative. Our client is a local communications company that in need of a quality customer service representative. This is a small company so you will take on various rolls.
Shift/Hours: 2nd shift. Tuesday-Friday 11AM-8PM, Saturday 11AM-5PM.
- Answering text messages and chats.
- Answering phone calls for customers on how to operate cell phones.
- Assist customers with various issues.
This is a temp to hire position, so being reliable is important. Position starts immediately once you complete screening.
