Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking a full-time Customer Care Representative for a community assistance program in Madison, WI.  Apply now to be considered for this great Temp-to-Hire opportunity where your efforts can make a difference!

Shift: 1st; 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday, with possibility of working longer or irregular hours

Pay:  $14.00 - 15.00/hr, Based on experience

Job Duties of the Customer Care Representative:

  • Assist clients by phone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
  • Ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken 

Job Requirements

  • Requires customer service experience
  • Must have solid intermediate computer and communication skills
  • Requires a HS diploma or equivalent
