We are working with a local healthcare company find customer service all-stars!

 

Our client is in need of outstanding customer service providers to assist with call center operations. As a Member Services Rep, you will:

  • Take inbound calls form providers, hospitals, and vendors to check member eligibility, authorization and claims
  • Assist members with a pleasant attitude
  • Manage high call volume

 

Please keep in mind that this is a contract position from Dec. 2019 through March 2020.

Job Requirements

Must haves:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous call center experience preferred
