A local company in Aiea area is looking for a Dispatch Administrative Assistant to join their team!

 

Job Duties:

  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Email correspondence
  • Greeting customers
  • Following up on outstanding invoices
  • Miscellaneous administrative duties

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Previous dispatch experience preferred
  • Must have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Must be able to multi-task and be flexible

 

Pay: $15-$16 per hour
