The Logistics/Inventory Specialist is responsible for carrying out all clerical shipping/order processing & Inventory activities in a prompt and courteous manner.

  • Prepare shipping paperwork for all outbound freight following customer requirements and quality policies
  • Maintain and updates trailer statuses in the warehouse management system
  • Maintain and balances physical yard inventory of trailers against what is stated in the system
  • Complete reports daily, accurately, and on time
  • Use of SAP/ORACLE to track inbound containers
  • Responding to customer inquiries and special requests
  • Handling receiving/shipping complaints
  • Manage In-gating of containers for correct arrival information
  • Follow company policies, guidelines and quality procedures

Minimum Required Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or GED


  • 1-3 years of experience in warehousing and inventory
  • Good communication and leadership skills
