- Builds strong customer relationships, loyalty, and delivers superior customer service to our dealer and client base.
- Is attentive to the individuals requested needs and providing a solution efficiently and effectively.
- Uses readily available resources to provide information on bath cabinetry and cultured marble tops.
- Processes support orders for miscellaneous items and returns.
- Actively participates in company initiatives and supports the opportunity for continuous improvement by identifying and suggesting these process improvements.
- Works effectively with others within a team to accomplish goals and resolve any problems that arise.
- Represents the voice of the company in all customer relations.
