Assessment, design and implementation of network, wireless, voice or RF engineering services, storage engineering services, security techniques, server consolidation techniques, technologies and tools that successful achieve server consolidation & virtual desktop infrastructure for Endurance’s clients. Technical Skill Set Strong knowledge of typically more than one major vendor’s network, wireless, voice or RF system hardware (Cisco, HP-E/Aruba, Ubiquiti, Juniper, etc.) Strong network and infrastructure design and implementation skills Hardware Installation and conflict resolution Experience with remote control tools for network support Experience with remote management and monitoring tools (Cisco Works, HP NNM, HP OVO, etc.) Strong knowledge of one or more major vendor’s storage hardware (HP, EMC, IBM, Netapp, Nimble, Fujitsu, Hitachi, etc.) Strong network and infrastructure design and implementation skills Hardware Installation and conflict resolution Experience with remote control tools for network support Experience with remote management and monitoring tools (Cisco Works, HP NNM, HP OVO, etc.) Thorough Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and popular application packages Thorough understanding of the implementation of the following tools: VMware ESX, VMware Horizon View, Citrix XenServer, Citrix XenDesktop, Microsoft Virtual Server Keeping up to date with new trends in virtualization Thorough knowledge of all major operating systems Windows, Linux, Solaris, HP-UX, AIX, etc. and popular application packages. Thorough knowledge of the latest IDS and IPS hardware and software solutions Thorough knowledge of current network and application security penetration and testing tools. Commitment to following current Security standards Understanding of “Ethical Hacking” Experience in developing written security policy statements
