We are hiring a Technical Customer Service Representative to work for one of the most well-known payment processing companies in the Omaha, Nebraska area!
Job duties include:
• Provide quality telephone support to Merchant customers as well Merchant customer service representatives.
• Act as the primary customer service contact for in-bound customer / client calls solving problems and answering inquiries for all merchant services' products, utilizing excellent oral and written communication skills.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, call center preferred
• Extensive personal computer skills
• Demonstrated ability to use systems to troubleshoot complex customer inquiries and issues
SCHEDULE: 9:00am-5:30pm, Sunday-Thursday
