Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking a high level Office Coordinator. This position is a Temp to Hire with a pay range of $15 to $20 hr. If you have the experience below, we want to hear from you!

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with and in support of the sales team to ensure our customers have what they need.
  • Contributes to building a positive team spirit
  • Establishes and maintains effective relations and exhibits tact and consideration.  Displays positive outlook and pleasant manner and offer assistance, training and support to co-workers.
  • Develop Client relationships by providing outstanding customer service.
  • Work closely with production in processing orders/ project planning orders
  • You may be required to perform additional duties and tasks not outlined above

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or customer service (experience in printing or graphic arts industries preferred.)
  • 2-5 years’ experience in commercial print production (experience preferred but not required.)
  • Ability to identify and meet customers needs and requirements.
  • Strong attention to details is a must
  • Must be computer literate with Word, Excel and Outlook are required.
  • Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills.
  • Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional phone and customer service skills are required
  • Must be positive and have an upbeat attitude.
