A material handling company located in Kenmore is in search of a Part Time Office Administrator.

?Job Duties:

  • Answering Phones
  • Data entry
  • Entering information into QuickBooks
  • Entering inspection reports
  • Customer returns
  • Setting up shipments
  • General office duties

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • MUST be proficient with QuickBooks software
  • 2-4 years previous office experience

Shift: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-2:00PM (Can be flexible)

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 Per Hour Depending on Experience
