The Recruiter’s job is to support our clients by meeting their staffing needs. The Recruiter also builds business relationships with our associates to place them on assignment.
Duties Include assisting new applicants with the hiring process, determines the eligibility of candidates to work, selects associates for job assignments and provides them with the support they need to succeed in their new job.
The ideal candidate may have customer service experience, previous sales experience, B2B selling skills, telemarketing and a desire to succeed.
Responsibilities: Support all recruiting processes; which include on-line recruiting, social media sourcing, building relationships with schools, service agencies and other sources to identify candidates. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with many types of people, ability to use Microsoft office and learn other business specific software as needed.
