Our West Omaha insurance client is now adding Inbound Customer Service Reps to their Member Services Team!
As an Inbound Customer Service Rep, you will take incoming calls from Life Insurance policy holders and assist their needs! Training is provided! This is a high volume call center environment. Must have excellent customer service skills.

Training is Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm. After training, the department is open from 7am-9pm with start times between 8:30am-noon.
