Our downtown Omaha client is seeking a Claim Support Technician to add to their team! The Claim Support Technician will provide support for all claim operations, processes and workflows.
This includes but not limited to: (a) preparing form and template correspondence and other documents to Insureds, Claimants, and others; (b) issuing approved payments; (c) correctly identifying and processing incoming mail and documents including new reported losses, suits and other items requiring special attention; (d) creating records of new reported losses in Claim Information System (CIS) and ImageRight; and (e) responding to telephone status inquiries from Agents, Claimants, Insureds and others.
College degree preferred but not required. $15/hour.
Looking for great typing accuracy and strong oral and written communication skills.
