This position is responsible for full accounting functions. Prepare revenue/expense reports & monthly closing and cost accounting reports, prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger on subsidiary accounts; monthly financial statements, document business transactions. Work with CFO to establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementaion of accounting, internal trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, ensures expenditure control and develop an annual replacement reserve usage plan. Prepare state and federal tax reports for the business activities. Back-up for the positive process. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in accounting is required
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Preferred: One year tax credit or construction experience 
  • Preferred: One year  non-profit accounting experience
  • Preferred: One year experience with Yardi System financial and property management software



  • Applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, guidelines, and reuirements pertaining to accounting.
  • Familiarity with HUD policies, prodcures, and regulations
  • Ability to utilize various computer software including Windows, CCS, Excel, PowerPoint, and office related equipment
  • Effective communication skills both oral and verbal


Hours - 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
