HR Generalist Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment, Requisition set up and approvals, Hourly hiring and Interviews
Process promotions/org changes
Hourly performance reviews and handle employee issues
Participation in implementation of HR related policies, procedures, and programs.
Identify and participate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives and other department and/or company-wide projects.
Generate HR reports by using Tableau, Kronos, MS Excel and Workday systems
HR Job Details:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Business.
2-3 years of experience in Human Resources with a HRBP background required
Recent experience in a Manufacturing environment is preferred
