The customer service representative in this position will be responsible for assisting phone customers with placing large orders. Details include, but are not limited to:
*Training for this position will begin in early August. Projected assignment completion is late fall to mid December.
Ideal candidates will be detail oriented with a professional demeanor, must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and work with customers from a variety of backgrounds.
Previous experience in a call center, phone sales or retail sales is required. Prior experience in retail clothing is a plus but not required.
Candidate must be willing to complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check and computer knowledge testing.
