Remedy Staffing is partnered with a Material Handling company in search of a Part Time Office Administrator.

Job Duties:

  • Entering data into QuickBooks
  • Bookkeeping job duties
  • Answering phones
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Data entry
  • Entering inspections reports
  • Working with Rma’s and Returns
  • Setting up UPS shipments when necessary

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient with QuickBooks
  • Must have Bookkeeping experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent 

Shift: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-2:00PM- can be flexible 

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 Per Hour Depending on Experience
