Reputable large local company looking for Payroll and Benefits Coordinator.

Looking for a coordinator who has experience processing all payroll functions independently with minimal supervision.

Primary duties:

  • Time entry and importing time entries.
  • Experience with Payroll Processing for 100+ employees.
  • Updating wages, taxes, based on Union, Federal and State guidelines.
  • Knowledgeable in certified payroll helpful.
  • Will make all weekly, monthly, yearly payments as needed.
  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and year end reporting
  • Accountable for all Payroll related HR functions.
  • Street parking available.

Pay is $25-30 per hour, depending on experience.
