Job Summary: Responsible for setting up, operating and cleaning equipment that processes Dairy and Non-dairy products. Responsible for performing all required operating procedures. Must have knowledge and ability to run one of the following filling equipment to include: EQ’s, EH’s, Genpak/Alfa. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Proficiently operate assigned Filling equipment to include: Setup, prestart, startup, operations, shut down, cleanup, Troubleshooting, isolating problems, and assist in repairing general processing equipment, following all SOP procedures and complete required documentation/Checklists. Participate in our ongoing effort to improve products, services, or processes. (Continuous Improvement) • Maintain housekeeping, monitor CIP processes to include chemical input temp and time controls for CIP and monitor COP to include manual washing of equipment COP tank and equipment set up. Maintains area cleanliness and general housekeeping. • Maintain production schedule, meet order expectations, monitor variances and report out of spec., daily planning and schedule of production, and participate in waste reduction efforts. • Follow all Safety requirements to include, Housekeeping, LO/TO, Confined Space, PPE and engage in facility safety efforts. • Ensure compliance with all OSHA, NYSDA, PMO, FDA, and assist in maintain SQF readiness, and HACCP.
