Remedy has a great temp to hire opportunity on the Westside of Jacksonville for a premier shower door manufacturer. Hours are 8am-5pm wilt possible overtime and pay is $15 per hour to start. 

 

In this role, you will work directly with our customers to answer questions about products and services as well as maintain our company’s dedication to provide our customers with quality service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITES

  • Maintain updated product knowledge and services in order to provide excellent education to our customers
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries about products and services via phone, email and fax
  • Receive, document and coordinate the following business transactions timely and accurately
    • Purchase Orders and related requests
    • Returns and related requests
    • Quotes and related requests
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish positive rapport with every client
  • Obtain necessary information from potential customers to provide to Sales Representatives for adequate follow up
  • Collect and record customer feedback and information and share with appropriate team members and departments
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer issues in a timely and positive manner

DISIRED SKILLS

  • 1+ years of call center or sales experience
  • Previous experience in manufacturing environment
