A growing family owned business located on the Southside of Jacksonville is looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Receive and manage all incoming e-mails from clients and disseminate information to proper employees
  • Process monthly paperwork and file
  • Electronic File management

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • MUST be experienced with Word, Excel, and Outlook (testing required) 
  • MUST be willing and able to follow directions
  • Must have basic bookkeeping skills and familiarity with Quick-books
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Must be able to handle a variety of personalities
  • Must be okay with helping maintain the office clean
  • Must be a self starter 
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience
