We are searching for an Inside Sales Coordinator for our client in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a fabulous Direct Hire opportunity! If you are skilled in speaking with B2B decision makers, probing for relevance of insurance needs and demands, generating interest, and setting sales appointments, this is your new job.
Salary: $50 - 60K / year
Shift: Mon- Fri 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM

- Inside B2B lead experience.
- Interested in obtaining an insurance license.
- Insurance industry experience preferred.
- Outbound prospect to companies via cold calling, email, marketing campaigns, etc.
- Research market, companies, and contacts through cold calling to introduce the company.
- Work to have a variety of contacts (Call, Email, Social, etc.) on all leads.
- Develop and schedule new meeting opportunities for Regional Sales Directors with new prospects.
- Follow up after scheduled meetings.
- Obtain referral business.
- 80 outbound phone calls per week.
- Minimum of 20 sales transactions per week.
- 2 referrals per week.
- Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management.
- Research, identify, prepare, contact and qualify prospects.
- Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Zoho.
- Phone calls, emails, follow up and meetings.
- Provide marketing materials to potential clients.
- Review and address any open leads provided to Regional Sales Directors.
