The Human Resource Recruiter is a high energy, non-supervisory and customer-centric position, which is responsible for identifying potential talent, recruiting, screening, and conducting initial interviews for internal and external applicants to fill current or anticipated job vacancies. Additionally, this position will provide comprehensive and efficient full-cycle recruitment support for housing business areas. The Human Resource Recruiter represents the company at various job fairs, career fairs and other related recruitment activities. May assist the Human Resources department with developing and facilitating employee and or supervisory/management training relating to recruitment, selection, and placement activities.


  • Assist hiring managers with filling vacant positions
  • Devises a viable recruitment plan
  • Utilizes social media to fill vacant positions
  • Works closely with HR Business Partners to ensure staff coverage
  • Maintains all pertinent applicant and interview data in applicant reporting and tracking systems
  • Participates in the design and placement of employment advertising
  • Other duties, as needed

Location: Near Downtown San Antonio

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM (with some flexibility)

Rate of Pay: $21.00

Job Requirements

All interested applicants MUST:

  • Have a fully composed resume to reflect job stability and at least 4 year in employment recruiting
  • Be able to provide professional references for employment verification purposes
  • Be able to provide a copy of your high school diploma/GED for education verification purposes
  • Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (position may require some driving)
  • Be able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the US
  • Be able submit to a criminal, motor vehicle, and drug screening
  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field. A total of 8 years in HR Recruiting may be considered in lieu of degree requirement.
  • Have computer experience and proficiency
