Local law firm looking for a detail oriented Office/Admin Assistant to join their team!

Job duties include:

  • Calendaring and scheduling appointments
  • Editing and finalizing documents and letters
  • Data Entry
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • File and make copies
  • Answer phones as a back up to Receptionist
  • Other special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of office experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Pay: $35K + DOE
