Office Assistant/ Angola, NY
A growing production facility in Angola, NY is in need of an Office Assistant to provide clerical support for the Production Office.
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
- Data Entry
- Processing and check picking orders and balance invoices for outgoing shipments.
- Assisting with warehouse inventories
- Organizing and maintaining file system
- Coordinating and arranging meetings
- Preparing outgoing mail and correspondence
- Performing additional job-related tasks as needed.
Office Assistant Qualifications:
- Previous office experience highly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- MS Office knowledge
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
