Office Assistant/ Angola, NY

 

A growing production facility in Angola, NY is in need of an Office Assistant to provide clerical support for the Production Office.

 

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry
  • Processing and check picking orders and balance invoices for outgoing shipments.
  • Assisting with warehouse inventories
  • Organizing and maintaining file system
  • Coordinating and arranging meetings
  • Preparing outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Performing additional job-related tasks as needed.

 

Office Assistant Qualifications:

  • Previous office experience highly preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret documents 
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
