Customer Service Representative/ Lancaster, NY

 

 An experienced Customer Service Representative is needed for a well-established Lancaster company to maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of company products, pricing structure and gross profit objectives.

 

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
  • Emphasizing product features
  • Quoting prices, credit terms, or bid specifications
  • Taking orders and information from customers and vendors via phone, fax, or face to face.
  • Informing customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, or other information pertaining to products purchased.
  • Establishing relationships with customers and vendors
  • Following up with clients to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
  • Performing additional job-related duties as needed

  

Hours:

Monday through Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM
