We are looking for an outgoing and energetic person to meet people and help develop new business for our company!

If you like meeting people and developing long standing relationships than this job is for you.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, developing relationships, and maintaining consistency with communication to prospects to win and close the business.
You will also have responsibility to monitor performance and service levels of client relationships that you have developed!
This position is allows you to maximize your earnings through a lucrative base salary and amazing commission plan.

Additional responsibilities are:

  • Cold calling all industries (Manufacturing, warehouse, call center and more)
  • Generating and managing prospect leads to close the business
  • Maintain effective communication to prospects and documentation in our sales system
  • Learn, understand and sell our staffing solutions
  • Develop presentations for prospects
  • Respond to RFP's and RFI's

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a service based sales rep role (working in a customer-facing professional business environment (Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, etc)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Products – Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high pressure environment
  • Self motivated
  • Competitive drive & strong work ethic
  • General understanding of business and the corporate world
