V.C. Associates is a general contractor in business since 2006. We work commercial and residential projects. We are now hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our existing top-notch team. If you're hard-working and dedicated, V.C. Associates is a great place to work. We are looking for a well-organized person with a preferably construction background. We have free parking behind building. Located in downtown Syracuse close to 81 and 690 access. Pay rate is dependent on experience.


• Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner

• Write and send contracts, Purchase Orders, change orders etc..

• Keep log of costs for each project and order materials.

• Manage communication including emails and phone calls

• Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages

• Schedule appointments and meetings.

• Maintain and order office supplies

• Receive invoices and review for accuracy

• Send mail and get mail. 

Job Requirements


• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.

• 4 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable with routinely shifting demands

• High degree of attention to detail

• Data entry experience

• Working knowledge of general office equipment
