Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking a call center representative for a valued client in the Green Bay area.
Pay: Based on Experience
Starting at $12 per hour
1st Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Monday to Friday
- Effectively process various incoming phone calls and e-mails by quickly and properly identifying the customer’s issues
- Demonstrate superior customer service skills while communicating with all customers
- Ensure all customers are treated with respect and responded to in a timely and accurate manner
- Thorough understanding of the Vendor’s products and policies
- Accurately enter and verify all customer information into our systems
- Process any replacement orders, refunds and credit card information using our systems.
- Strive to improve overall service by recommending ways to revise or enhance existing processes, products and procedures
- Communicate and work with other team members to insure consistency regarding policies, procedures and quality standards
- Escalate to Supervisor any situations outside the representative’s control
- Related Duties as Assigned
