We are looking for Inbound Customer Service agents to take care of our financial service clients.  A successful candidate will be able to effectively solve customer issues, handle and deescalate complaints and inquiries and effectively keep our inbound callers happy!

Job Duties include:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information and provide solutions
  • Consistently notate and document all calls

This call center operates 365 days per year, and 24/7 - candidates with schedule flexibility is preferred!

Job Requirements

  • Ability to sit for your entire 8 hour shift
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • CSR experience!
  • Able to operate and understand multiple programs simultaneously
  • Customer focused and adaptability to all personality types
